The Odds & Ends Retainer

Regularly need lots of simple updates made to existing designs to keep information and images up to date, and on-brand without major design work needed.
Want specific branded Canva or Adobe templates so you can easily create and update content on the go.
Need regular straight-forward graphics for monthly content like social posts, blog graphics and product-of-the-month website banners done for you.

The Design-a-Dozen Retainer
12 hrs/month

Have a new brand or recent refresh and want help bringing it to life consistently across all your brand touchpoints.
Need regular updates to existing designs so changes to text, information or imagery can be handled quickly and easily.
Need more complex or long-form designs like presentations, sales documents or menus, without having to find a designer for every new project.

How it worksThe retainer process

Your monthly hours become available from the first business day and reset at the beginning of each new calendar month.

Smaller jobs requiring up to 3 hours need at least 72 hours' notice, while larger jobs require at least 1 week's notice, along with all necessary copy, imagery, references, sizes, formats and deadlines.

I’ll confirm the deliverables, estimated time required and expected delivery timeline so we’re on the same page before the work gets underway.

Your project will be scheduled into my workflow, created and sent over for your review once complete.

You can send multiple briefs throughout the month or send them all at once, and we can also schedule a monthly Zoom call to discuss your goals and upcoming projects.

Once your monthly hours are used up, you can wait for the next month's hours to kick in or purchase additional hours at your package rate, subject to availability.

Invoices for the upcoming month are sent 7 days before month-end, along with any additional hours used during the current month, and payment must be received before the new month's hours can begin.

Brand identity creation and illustration work are separate services and will be quoted independently.

Each month resets with your retainer's allocated hours, so any unused time expires at the end of the month.

Emails, video calls, briefing sessions and other communication related to your projects are deducted from your monthly retainer hours.
